[folded] vsprintf-add-%pmr-for-bluetooth-mac-address-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: Documentation/printk-formats.txt: add description for %pMR
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     vsprintf-add-%pmr-for-bluetooth-mac-address-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into vsprintf-add-%pmr-for-bluetooth-mac-address.patch
