From: Andrew Morton <akpm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Subject: mm/slab_common.c: fix warning

mm/slab_common.c: In function 'kmem_cache_create':
mm/slab_common.c:101: warning: label 'oops' defined but not used

Fix that and eliminate an ifdef and a label by moving all the CONFIG_DEBUG_VM
checking inside the locked region.
