[merged] h8300-uaccess-add-mising-__clear_user.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: h8300/uaccess: add mising __clear_user()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     h8300-uaccess-add-mising-__clear_user.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
