[merged] mn10300-kernel-trapsc-needs-linux-exporth.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mn10300: kernel/traps.c needs <linux/export.h>
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mn10300-kernel-trapsc-needs-linux-exporth.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
