The patch titled
     Subject: kernel/sys.c: fix mishandling of out of memory in poweroff
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kernel-sysc-fix-mishandling-of-out-of-memory-in-poweroff.patch

This patch was dropped because an alternative patch was merged
