The patch titled
     Subject: fs-introduce-pipe-only-dump-mode-suid_dumpable=3-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fs-introduce-pipe-only-dump-mode-suid_dumpable=3-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into fs-introduce-pipe-only-dump-mode-suid_dumpable=3.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
