The patch titled
     Subject: nmi-watchdog-fix-for-lockup-detector-breakage-on-resume-fix-fix-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     nmi-watchdog-fix-for-lockup-detector-breakage-on-resume-fix-fix-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into nmi-watchdog-fix-for-lockup-detector-breakage-on-resume.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
