The patch titled
     Subject: mm/vmscan: push lruvec pointer into putback_inactive_pages()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-vmscan-push-lruvec-pointer-into-putback_inactive_pages.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

As zone_reclaim_stat is now located in the lruvec, we can reach it
directly.
