The patch titled
     Subject: x86-use-this_cpu_xxx-to-replace-percpu_xxx-funcs-fix
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     x86-use-this_cpu_xxx-to-replace-percpu_xxx-funcs-fix.patch
