[merged] selftests-makefile-make-run_tests-depend-on-all.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: selftests/Makefile: make `run_tests' depend on `all'
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     selftests-makefile-make-run_tests-depend-on-all.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

So a "make run_tests" will build the tests before trying to run them.
