[merged] mm-thp-fixup-pmd_trans_unstable-locations.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: thp: fix up pmd_trans_unstable() locations
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-thp-fixup-pmd_trans_unstable-locations.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

pmd_trans_unstable() should be called before pmd_offset_map() in the
locations where the mmap_sem is held for reading.
