has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
kmod-introduce-call_modprobe-helper.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

No functional changes. Move the call_usermodehelper code from
__request_module() into the new simple helper, call_modprobe().
