The patch titled
     Subject: checkpatch: whitespace - add/remove blank lines
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     checkpatch-whitespace-add-remove-blank-lines.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
