[merged] checkpatch-catch-usage-when-not-at-the-beginning-of-defination.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: checkpatch: catch [ ... ] usage when not at the beginning of definition
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     checkpatch-catch-usage-when-not-at-the-beginning-of-defination.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Handle the [ A ... B ] form deeper into a definition, for example:

    static const unsigned char pci_irq_swizzle[2][PCI_MAX_DEVICES] = {
	    {0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 27, 27, [9 ... PCI_MAX_DEVICES - 1] = 0 },
	    {0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 29, 29, [9 ... PCI_MAX_DEVICES - 1] = 0 },
    };
