The patch titled
     Subject: smp-start-up-non-boot-cpus-asynchronously-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     smp-start-up-non-boot-cpus-asynchronously-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into smp-start-up-non-boot-cpus-asynchronously.patch
