[merged] memcg-enum-lru_list-lru.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: memcg: enum lru_list lru
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memcg-enum-lru_list-lru.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Mostly we use "enum lru_list lru": change those few "l"s to "lru"s.
