[merged] vfork-kill-pf_starting.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: vfork: kill PF_STARTING
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     vfork-kill-pf_starting.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Subject: vfork: kill PF_STARTING

Previously it was (ab)used by utrace.  Then it was wrongly used by the
scheduler code.

Currently it is not used, kill it before it finds the new erroneous user.
