[merged] maintainers-remove-staging-sections.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: MAINTAINERS: remove staging sections
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-remove-staging-sections.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Two commits moved files from staging to drivers/media/

commit d6ce55de3abcc ("[media] move cx25821 out of staging")
commit be30497085080 ("[media] move tm6000 to drivers/media/video")

Remove the sections.
