+ mm-make-get_mm_counter-static-inline.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: make get_mm_counter static-inline
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-make-get_mm_counter-static-inline.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:

The -mm tree is included into linux-next and is updated

And remove unused set_mm_counter()
