[merged] memcg-fix-pgpgin-pgpgout-documentation.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: memcg: fix pgpgin/pgpgout documentation
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memcg-fix-pgpgin-pgpgout-documentation.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Subject: memcg: fix pgpgin/pgpgout documentation

The two memcg stats pgpgin/pgpgout have different meaning than the ones in
vmstat, which indicates that we picked a bad naming for them.  It might be
late to change the stat name, but better documentation is always helpful.
