The patch titled
     Subject: dio: rearrange fields in dio/dio_submit to avoid holes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     dio-rearrange-fields-in-dio-dio_submit-to-avoid-holes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Fix most problems reported by pahole.

There is still a weird 104 byte hole after map_bh. I'm not sure what
causes this.
