The patch titled
     From: Ian Campbell <Ian.Campbell@xxxxxxxxxx>
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     stop_machine-fixup-cutnpaste-error-in-stopped-thread-name.patch

This patch was dropped because it was nacked

Noticed this while poking around.  Seems like the code was lifted a bit
more thoroughly from the migration thread mgmt code than the author of the
preceding comment intended...
