[merged] mm-fix-a-vmscan-warning.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     mm: fix a vmscan warning
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-fix-a-vmscan-warning.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

sched_clock() can't be used with preempt enabled.  And we don't need fast
approach to get clock here, so let's use ktime API.
