The patch titled
     nbd-replace-some-printk-with-dev_warn-and-dev_info-checkpatch-fixes
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     nbd-replace-some-printk-with-dev_warn-and-dev_info-checkpatch-fixes.patch
