[merged] tmpfs-expand-help-to-explain-value-of-tmpfs_posix_acl.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     tmpfs: expand "help" to explain value of TMPFS_POSIX_ACL
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     tmpfs-expand-help-to-explain-value-of-tmpfs_posix_acl.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

deselect the TMPFS_POSIX_ACL config variable.
