The patch titled
     pci-enumerate-the-pci-device-only-removed-out-pci-hierarchy-of-os-when-re-scanning-pci-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pci-enumerate-the-pci-device-only-removed-out-pci-hierarchy-of-os-when-re-scanning-pci-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was withdrawn
