The patch titled
     pagewalk-add-locking-rule-comments-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pagewalk-add-locking-rule-comments-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into pagewalk-add-locking-rule-comments.patch
