[merged] include-linux-compath-declare-compat_sys_sendmmsg.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     include/linux/compat.h: declare compat_sys_sendmmsg()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     include-linux-compath-declare-compat_sys_sendmmsg.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

This is required for tilegx to be able to use the compat unistd.h header
where compat_sys_sendmmsg() is now mentioned.
