[merged] writeback-elevate-queue_io-into-wb_writeback.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     writeback: elevate queue_io() into wb_writeback()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     writeback-elevate-queue_io-into-wb_writeback.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Code refactor for more logical code layout.
No behavior change.

- remove the mis-named __writeback_inodes_sb()

- wb_writeback()/writeback_inodes_wb() will decide when to queue_io()
  before calling __writeback_inodes_wb()
