Subject: MAINTAINERS: remove Joe Eykholt from Cisco fnic maintainers
From: Roland Dreier <roland@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Joe is no longer working at Cisco and his @cisco.com email bounces.
Presumably he is no longer maintaining fnic either.
