The patch titled
     mm-extend-memory-hotplug-api-to-allow-memory-hotplug-in-virtual-machines-fix
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-extend-memory-hotplug-api-to-allow-memory-hotplug-in-virtual-machines-fix.patch
