[folded] coredump-escape-in-hostname-and-comm-fix.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     coredump: escape / in hostname and comm fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     coredump-escape-in-hostname-and-comm-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into coredump-escape-in-hostname-and-comm.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
