[merged] osst-wrong-index-used-in-inner-loop.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     osst: wrong index used in inner loop
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     osst-wrong-index-used-in-inner-loop.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Index i was already used in the outer loop.  Fixes a potentially-infinite
loop.
