[merged] alpha-replace-with-new-cpumask-apis.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     alpha: replace with new cpumask APIs
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     alpha-replace-with-new-cpumask-apis.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

We plan to remove cpu_xx() old APIs.  Thus convert them.  This patch has
no functional change.
