[merged] mm-remove-last-trace-of-shmem_get_unmapped_area.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     mm: remove last trace of shmem_get_unmapped_area
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-remove-last-trace-of-shmem_get_unmapped_area.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

out of use in 2.6.21 and ceased to exist in 2.6.29.
