[merged] mm-introduce-wait_on_page_locked_killable.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     mm: introduce wait_on_page_locked_killable()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-introduce-wait_on_page_locked_killable.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

lock_page().  Similarly this patch introdues killable
wait_on_page_locked().
