[folded] st-spear-pcie-gadget-documentation-for-support-of-multiple-device.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     ST SPEAr: PCIe Gadget: Documentation for support of multiple device
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     st-spear-pcie-gadget-documentation-for-support-of-multiple-device.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into st-spear-pcie-gadget-suppport.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
