Subject: mm: remove unused TestSetPageLocked() interface
From: Michel Lespinasse <walken@xxxxxxxxxx>

TestSetPageLocked() isn't being used anywhere. Also, using it would
likely be an error, since the proper interface trylock_page() provides
stronger ordering guarantees.
