[merged] maintainers-fixup-file-entries-for-simtec-eb2410itx-bast.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     MAINTAINERS: fixup file entries for "SIMTEC EB2410ITX (BAST)"
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-fixup-file-entries-for-simtec-eb2410itx-bast.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Add the correct files for the Simtec BAST machine, ensuring the IDE and
IRQ routing are added, and move to the machine specific file instead of
trying to catch all of arch/arm/mach-s3c2410
