The patch titled
     crash_dump-export-is_kdump_kernel-to-modules-consolidate-elfcorehdr_addr-setup_elfcorehdr-and-saved_max_pfn-fix
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     crash_dump-export-is_kdump_kernel-to-modules-consolidate-elfcorehdr_addr-setup_elfcorehdr-and-saved_max_pfn-fix.patch
