The patch titled
mm: systems without MMU do not need pte_mkwrite()
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-systems-without-mmu-do-not-need-pte_mkwrite.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
