[merged] thp-pmd_trans_huge-migrate-bugcheck.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     thp: pmd_trans_huge migrate bugcheck
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     thp-pmd_trans_huge-migrate-bugcheck.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

No pmd_trans_huge should ever materialize in migration ptes areas, because
we split the hugepage before migration ptes are instantiated.
