The patch titled
     mm-page_allocc-simplify-calculation-of-combined-index-of-adjacent-buddy-lists-checkpatch-fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-page_allocc-simplify-calculation-of-combined-index-of-adjacent-buddy-lists-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-page_allocc-simplify-calculation-of-combined-index-of-adjacent-buddy-lists.patch
