The patch titled
     writeback-avoid-unnecessary-determine_dirtyable_memory-call-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     writeback-avoid-unnecessary-determine_dirtyable_memory-call-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into writeback-avoid-unnecessary-determine_dirtyable_memory-call.patch
