The patch titled
     mm-vmscan-reclaim-order-0-and-use-compaction-instead-of-lumpy-reclaim-avoid-a-potential-deadlock-due-to-lock_page-during-direct-compaction-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-vmscan-reclaim-order-0-and-use-compaction-instead-of-lumpy-reclaim-avoid-a-potential-deadlock-due-to-lock_page-during-direct-compaction-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-vmscan-reclaim-order-0-and-use-compaction-instead-of-lumpy-reclaim.patch
