The patch titled
     ntp-add-hardpps-implementation-update-v7
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ntp-add-hardpps-implementation-update-v7.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into ntp-add-hardpps-implementation.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
