The patch titled
     memstick-add-driver-for-ricoh-r5c592-card-reader-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memstick-add-driver-for-ricoh-r5c592-card-reader-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged
