The patch titled
     gen_init_cpio-avoid-risk-of-file-changing-between-calls-to-stat-and-open-checkpatch-fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     gen_init_cpio-avoid-risk-of-file-changing-between-calls-to-stat-and-open-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was withdrawn
