The patch titled
     arch/x86/oprofile/op_model_amd.c: perform initialisation on a single CPU
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     arch-x86-oprofile-op_model_amdc-perform-initialisation-on-a-single-cpu.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
