The patch titled
     delayacct-fix-iotop-on-x86_64-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     delayacct-fix-iotop-on-x86_64-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into delayacct-fix-iotop-on-x86_64.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
